In the Lobby, allow all participants to see who has arrived and is waiting.

For example, the meeting owner is running late on another call, opens their next meeting and is able to see that none of the participants are there yet.

Another example, participants are waiting in the Lobby for the meeting to start and can see that the meeting owner is yet to arrive.
