Managers generally have multiple team and they don't wish to mix content between them. For example, you might have an SDR and AE team, both of which use Salesroom but ideally should not have access to the same information. With different plans, tags etc for each team you can see why having different teams in the same place with all this content might cause members to be overwhelmed.
